Ryan Hester is Professor of Business History and Management, and Director of the School of Management. He has brought to bear philosophical, scientific, ideological and linguistic perspectives to bear on the subject. He is also an Honorary Research Fellow in the Department of History. His text covers sources and methods that are well- established in History, such as archival research, together with those that are less widely known. His research focuses on the theory and philosophy of history as well as on literary and historical culture. Ryan Hester is the author or co-author of more than 20 books, and has published nearly 29 articles in scholarlyjournals.
