Kai Cabrera is a Senior Lecturer in accounting and auditing. He has substantial experience of working as an accountant in the audit profession and was formerly financial director of a company in the clothing industry. He teaches professional accounting qualifications and management accountancy, project management, forensic accounting and financial management modules. Kai Cabrera is also the editor or co-editor of 17 books, including a two volume Encyclopedia of Governance. He founded the undergraduate course on 'Theories of Governance' and he teaches a graduate course on 'Strategies of Contemporary Governance'. Kai Cabrera has published more than 75 articles in a variety of accounting, business and Governance journals.
